Report cards will be sent home on tomorrow 4-10-13, so please look for them in your child's backpack. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child's report card, I can be contacted by phone 503-353-5650 ext.33609 or email southardk@nclack.k12.or.us.
Math
We are working on subtraction and addition. If you child cannot orally count to 100 by ones or tens, please count every day with them. A kindergarten standard is that they need to be able to orally count to 100 by the end of the year.
Reading
This week we learn about Seeds and Plants, letter U and words hear & was.
Field Trip
Friday, May 10, we will be going to the zoo. I will send home information on Monday, April 15. There is no limit on the number of chaperones that I can take so you do not need to worry about that.
