We are sure enjoying this beautiful fall weather. The kids are enjoying their time outside at recess.
Field Trip
If you are a chaperone, you do not need to pay. Permission slips are due tomorrow on Tuesday, October 22. As soon as all the permission slips are in, I will check to make sure that your background check has been approved and let you know that you are okay to attend. Parents will need to either drive or carpool with other parents.
Homework
Home-school connection is due this week on Friday. The calendar and reading log are due on 10/30. Please keep their purple homework folder in their backpacks.
Reading
This week we will work on the letter S and the word like. Please continue to work on the sounds and letter recognition of the letters Aa, Mm & S. Also practice writing and reading words the, we, I, can & like. This week we will work on blending a, m, & s to sound out the words am and sam.
Math
We will continue to work on counting, making numerals, sorting and whole group addition.
Reminders: Friday, October 25 is the Harvest Festival in the evening.
Tuesday, October 29 is the Bushue's Pumpkin Patch from 9:45 - 1:30
Thursday, October 31 No School
Friday, November 1 No School
