A letter was sent home on Friday regarding how to sign-up for conferences. If you didn't receive your letter, here is the information on how to sign up for a conference. To pick a time slot, click on this website: www.ptcfast.com/reg1. At that link, you will be asked for your entry code, where you should enter BJ3147747. If you do not have internet access, please call the office at 503-353-5640.
Conferences/Report cards
Conferences will be December 4-6 and k cards will be sent home the first of December. They are later this year for a couple of reasons. First, we are doing trimester, second we have a new report card that is standard-based. I will be able to go over the report with you at conferences. I will be sending home more information about conferences.
Homework
Home-school connection is due this week on Friday. Please keep your child's purple homework folder in their backpack.
Reading
This week we will be learning about the letter Tt, the words see. Our overall theme is transportation.
Social Studies
We are learning about the First Thanksgiving. We will compare past and present customs.
Math
We will continue to work on counting, making numerals, sorting and whole group additio.
Reminders: No School on Friday, November 22.
No School on Monday, Novmber 25 - Friday, November 29. School resumes on Monday December 2.
Kindergartners will not have school on Wednesday December 4th - Friday, December 6, 2013
